It is organized as a multiple compartment SICAV (Société d'Investissement à Capital Variable or "SICAV") according to the law of 10 August 1915 and other amendments relating to commercial companies. The SICAV is especially under the scope of Part II of the Luxembourg Law of 20 th December 2002 relating to undertakings for collective investment.
